Delivery
We want every order to reach you quickly and safely. We collaborate with trusted courier companies to provide you with the most pleasant delivery experience possible.
📦 The delivery cost is 20 lei , regardless of the location in Romania you are in.
💳 Shipping is FREE for orders over 499 lei , if you choose to pay with your card online when placing your order.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days , depending on product availability and delivery area. You will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an AWB for tracking the package.

If the product you ordered is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, you can return it without worry.
🔁 You have the legal right to return any product purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without having to justify your decision.
To make a return:

Send an email to [your email address] or fill out the return form available on the site.

Make sure the product is in the same condition it was delivered in: unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, with all labels intact.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless the product is delivered incorrectly or has manufacturing defects.
💸 The refund of the product value is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the return, to the same bank account used for the purchase or through another method agreed upon together.
⚖️ The return policy complies with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts.
