At THEMARC, product quality is a priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase, which is why we offer a legal guarantee of conformity for all products sold.
๐ Product warranty
All products benefit from a guarantee according to the legislation in force , namely Ordinance no. 21/1992 on consumer protection and Law no. 449/2003 on the sale of products and their associated guarantees.
โ๏ธ The legal warranty is 24 months for durable products, unless the product or its category has another specific term mentioned in the description.
โ๏ธ For consumable, perishable or shorter-life products (where applicable), the warranty period will be adapted accordingly and clearly specified on the product page.
๐ What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or non-conformities arising under normal conditions of use . The following are not covered by the warranty:

Defects caused by improper use, unauthorized interventions or accidents

Normal wear and tear of the product

Damage resulting from improper storage or handling
๐ ๏ธ How do you benefit from the warranty?

Send us an email at contact@themarc.ro with the details of the problem, relevant photos and a copy of the invoice/receipt.

After analyzing the situation, we will communicate the necessary steps to send the product for service or replacement.

Depending on the case, possible solutions include: product repair, replacement with a new product, or refund .
Shipping costs for warranty returns will be borne according to legislation, depending on the nature of the problem.
